Wolverhampton approaches the signing of Colombian midfielder John Arias from Fluminense after the player rejected advances from Saudi Arabian club Al Nassr. The Brazilian team and English Premier League side have finalized their negotiations for the 25-year-old attacking midfielder. Fabrizio Romano reports that both organizations have agreed to a transfer package worth approximately €21 million. Arias will travel to England for his medical assessment within the next several days. The contract stipulates that Fluminense maintains ownership of ten percent of any subsequent transfer fee.
