Junior Brown surrenders in St Andrew police killings

A second suspect in the fatal shooting of two off-duty police officers surrendered to authorities at Duhaney Park Police Station, accompanied by a family member and a religious leader. Junior Brown, age 20, from the corporate area, joined 19-year-old Macarius Munroe in custody after both voluntarily turned themselves in. A third individual known as Squidly remains at large.

Investigators are questioning the detained suspects about their alleged involvement in the St. Andrew killings. Law enforcement sources indicate the group operated as part of a vehicle theft network. One suspect had previously faced detention on separate homicide charges several months earlier.
