Kambwa Ban Sends Zim Drinkers Into Meltdown

Zimbabwe government stops people from making illegal alcohol drinks called musombodhiya and kambwa. Home Affairs Minister Kazembe Kazembe signed new rules that make these dangerous drinks against the law. The order covers any homemade alcohol that people produce without permission from authorities. Citizens demanded action against these harmful drinks that hurt communities across the country. The new law aims to protect people from dangerous substances that can cause serious health problems.

Public pressure forced officials to create stronger rules about illegal alcohol and drugs like methamphetamine. People complained about rising drug abuse among young citizens and wanted government help. Officials formed a special team from different ministries to fight alcohol and drug problems. The team plans to build treatment centers where people can recover from addiction. Community leaders want job programs for young people because unemployment leads many toward drugs and alcohol abuse.
