Central East Regional Police Command officers apprehended Samuel during an intelligence operation at Ngleshie Amanfro on July 10, 2025. The arrest followed his attack on a woman at Millennium City, where he stole her iPhone 16 Pro Max and money-filled purse. Officers discovered the victim's phone plus additional suspicious items during their search of the suspect. Samuel possessed a Dell laptop, multiple mobile devices, AirPods, jewelry, and identification cards belonging to other individuals.
