Kenya and Germany team up on counter IED center

Kenya opened a special training center to help stop dangerous explosives by terrorists. The German government paid for a big building at the Humanitarian Peace Support School near Nairobi. The center has learning rooms, a big meeting hall, a library, a health center, and a museum about explosive devices.

Defense Cabinet Secretary Soipan Tuya thanked Germany for helping Kenya make its communities safer. The center will teach people how to prevent and handle dangerous explosives that terrorist groups use. It shows how countries can work together to stop violent attacks and keep people protected.
