Rainfall remains probable in the Central Highlands, Lake Victoria Basin, Rift Valley, Coastal region, South-eastern Lowlands, and Western and North-eastern Kenya despite the decline. Maximum daytime temperatures will exceed 30 degrees Celsius along the Coast, and in North-eastern and North-western Kenya, while minimum nighttime temperatures may drop below 10 degrees Celsius in the Central Highlands, Central Rift Valley, and areas near Mount Kilimanjaro.

Mandera Meteorological Station registered the peak daily temperature of 38.9 degrees Celsius on Sept. 29, and Nyahururu Meteorological Station documented the lowest minimum temperature of 7.6 degrees Celsius that same day.
