The Matjhabeng Local Municipality will initiate a Service Delivery Campaign to address critical infrastructure problems, Executive Mayor Thanduxolo Khalipha announced. The effort, launching in Old Thabong, will focus on repairing potholes, clearing refuse backlogs, eliminating illegal dumping, fixing sewer spillages, and restoring street lights across all wards.
Mayor Khalipha stated that the campaign aims to produce visible improvements and enhance residents' quality of life in communities such as Welkom and Virginia.
