Kinza Murtaza's RDA files FIRs on Faisal Hills, two others

Rawalpindi Development Authority Director General Kinza Murtaza authorized enforcement action against unauthorized residential developments. The Metropolitan Planning and Traffic Engineering Directorate served violation notices to Faisal Town Block B1 management in Mouza Bajnial. Authorities cited illegal plot sales, deceptive approval status claims, and fraudulent social media marketing campaigns. The development breached the Punjab Development of Cities Act 1976 and the Private Housing Schemes Rules 2021 regulations. Officials documented multiple compliance failures across the residential project.

Law enforcement received formal complaints against Al-Khan Enclave, Faisal Hills, and Abdullah City developments. Police stations in Wahdat Colony and Wah Cantt, Taxila processed the criminal reports after developers exceeded approved construction boundaries. The schemes conducted unauthorized promotional activities and illegal transaction processing despite official warnings. Section 34(1)-B violations carry criminal penalties under provincial legislation.
