The Student Loan Trust Fund started talks with Ghana universities about the No-Fees-Stress Policy from John Dramani Mahama's government. Officials met students and leaders at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology on Thursday, May 29, 2025. Kofi Danquah serves as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the fund. Money payments under the No-Fees-Stress program will start at the end of June. Danquah confirmed that workers are preparing to send refunds to first-year students. Students who gave their information to the fund will receive quick payments to their accounts. The deputy leader praised President Mahama for creating this program.
