Eastern Cape agriculture official Nonceba Kontsiwe will distribute agricultural machinery and business equipment across Joe Gqabi District Municipality to boost food production and economic opportunities for rural communities. The Mission Youth Project in Phelandaba Village will receive a tractor and implements to expand cultivation capacity and encourage younger residents to pursue agricultural careers. Additional support targets women entrepreneurs and small farming operations in Senqu and Elundini municipalities.
