Kuda Musasiwa shared his thoughts about Zim music festivals particularly HIFA (Harare International Festival of Arts) and Shoko Festival by saying they do little to help the upcoming Zim Hip Hop artists since they aren't paid enough money to benefit them in the long run.

If someone hires you to perform and you agree to their terms and conditions then whose fault is that?

I don't understand why Kuda Musasiwa is complaining about how Shoko Festival or HIFA decide to carry out business. It's not charity to host HIFA or Shoko Festival.

Kuda is saying at least Zim Hip Hop artists should be given a reasonable amount of money because that way Zim Hip Hop artists will be able to support themselves and promote their music projects.

How so? Most Zimbabweans don't really care much about Zim Hip Hop. They come to see Zimdancehall artists performing and not broke Zim rappers claiming to be balling on freezit budgets.
