Kudzayi accuses Mahere and Judge Wamambo of fraud in US$100000 court clash

Edmund Kudzayi has launched a fierce attack against the recent court ruling that ordered him to pay Advocate Fadzayi Mahere one hundred thousand US dollars. The journalist claims the entire judgment stems from lies told under oath and procedural mistakes that make the decision worthless. Kudzayi argues that Mahere deliberately misled the High Court by claiming she had applied for a pre-trial conference when court records show otherwise. He describes the default order as built on fabrication rather than legal merit. The case had already been dismissed twice for lack of activity before being brought back to life through what he calls dishonest means.

Justice Wamambo faces serious accusations of misconduct from Kudzayi who sent a DHL letter warning about the alleged fraud. The judge reportedly acknowledged receiving the document but later claimed he never read its contents. Court staff revealed that Wamambo said he remained ignorant of what the letter contained despite signing for its delivery. Kudzayi questions what kind of judge accepts official correspondence and then pretends not to know what it says. The journalist plans to challenge the entire judgment by filing an urgent application for its removal.

Kudzayi intends to use the legal principle that fraud destroys everything to overturn the decision. He believes the Latin doctrine fraus omnia vitiat will help him prove the judgment has no legal standing. The journalist maintains that perjury formed the foundation of Mahere's victory against him. Court documents will serve as evidence that the advocate lied about key procedural steps. Kudzayi expects his challenge to succeed based on what he calls clear proof of deception.
