Lady Gaga vows to perform until 60 despite tour setbacks

Lady Gaga pledged to continue performing for her fans until she approaches 60 during a recent concert at London's O2 Arena. The 39-year-old pop star promised the audience she would return to perform in two decades regardless of circumstances. She expressed gratitude for nearly 20 years of fan support and acknowledged how meaningful ticket sales remain to her career.

The singer postponed a Miami show earlier this month after experiencing severe vocal strain during rehearsals. Medical professionals and her vocal coach advised against performing due to potential long-term damage to her vocal cords. Gaga apologized extensively on social media for the cancellation and explained the difficult decision stemmed from protecting her ability to sing live at future performances. She emphasized her commitment to maintaining vocal health while delivering demanding shows throughout The Mayhem Ball concert tour.
