Lara Burch has been elected as the next senior partner of the legal firm Osborne Clarke, succeeding Peter Clough, effective January 1, 2026. A partner for nearly twenty-five years, Burch currently leads the firm’s Bristol office and specializes in complex commercial transactions within the transport and energy sectors.
In her new role, she will chair the partnership council and serve as the overall head of the UK entity. The firm’s managing partner, Conrad Davies, commended Burch as an outstanding lawyer and leader with a strong commitment to its personnel.
During Clough’s four-year term, the firm experienced substantial financial growth and international expansion, including the opening of offices in Warsaw and Miami. Burch expressed that she considers it a privilege to assume the position and looks forward to fostering collaboration and sustainable growth.
