LEC Group and MTN Ghana Host KNUST Youth Empowerment Summit and Awards

The Leadership Empowerment Club worked with MTN Ghana to host a youth summit at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. The event happened Saturday at the Faculty of Law Auditorium and drew hundreds of young people. This marked the fourth year for the National Youth Empowerment Summit and Awards. Students came to learn skills that could change their futures. The program focuses on helping young people become better leaders and entrepreneurs.

Speakers came from major companies like MTN Ghana and GCB Bank to share advice. Rosemary Atta Konadu from MTN Ghana taught students about personal growth through her STRETCH method. She told participants they must push beyond comfort zones to reach goals. Her approach covers time management and building useful connections. Konadu said many young people avoid taking the extra steps needed for success.

Albert Prempeh Kusi leads the LEC Group and spoke about smart money habits. He urged students to save part of their earnings from the start of their careers. Kusi believes young Africans spend money without planning for tomorrow. He wants them to develop wealth-building skills early. The CEO said this mindset change could help more people achieve financial security.

The summit supports MTN Ghana's efforts to help young people gain digital skills. Students left with practical steps to improve their money knowledge and leadership abilities. The partnership continues to prepare Ghana's future leaders for changing job markets.
