A Harare man sought legal protection from his ex-girlfriend after alleging persistent harassment and public humiliation. Tonderai Marembo appeared before magistrate Meenal Narotam, requesting a court order against Sphelile Gwaze following a series of confrontations.
Marembo claimed Gwaze repeatedly insulted him, appeared uninvited at his workplace and home, and followed him to local establishments. He alleged she confronted him at a beerhall, tore his shirt, and stripped him naked in public, causing significant personal embarrassment.
