Maniesh Paul just finished shooting another chunk of Vvan: Force of the Forest, where he stars alongside Sidharth Malhotra and Tamannaah Bhatia. The actor posted some behind-the-scenes shots showing his character with a beat-up face and flames in the background, and he said the next round of filming kicks off after the new year.
The thriller is set in central India and apparently pulls from old folklore about forests, temples, and legends that start becoming real. Deepak Mishra and Arunabh Kumar are directing under Ekta Kapoor's Balaji Motion Pictures, with TVF backing it.
The movie hits theaters in May 2026. When Tamannaah joined the cast earlier, the announcement video showed her sprinting through the woods in a red saree past a sign warning people to stay out after dark.
