Mavunde launches dispensary construction on Maseya Street

Tanzania's minerals minister has participated in groundbreaking ceremonies for a medical facility in Hombolo Makulu Ward, delivering on campaign commitments from the general election. Anthony Mavunde, who represents Mtumba constituency, pledged 2,000 bricks and 100 cement bags to advance construction on Maseya Street while expressing confidence that authorities will fund completion of the dispensary.

The legislator thanked constituents for supporting President Samia Suluhu Hassan and local representatives with substantial margins, emphasizing that officials must concentrate on implementing development projects addressing community needs. Maseya Street Chairman Alexander Fwalu praised the administration for rapid electrification implementation and irrigation well drilling through the National Irrigation Commission, improvements expected to assist agricultural producers with consistent water access.

Fwalu commended Mavunde for promptly initiating the health center project and assured residents would cooperate fully to deliver services within the neighborhood.
