Located on Nairobi Road in Eldoret city, the hospital was created by Dr. Swarrup Mishra, who served as MP for Kesses constituency. Dr. Mishra supported the Azimio party, and people knew him for giving lots of money to help others. His relationship with the Kenya Kwanza group went sour after some political changes.
