Metal Eden got pushed back to Summer 2025

Metal Eden players will need to wait a bit longer to jump into the action. Reikon Games pushed back the release from May 6, 2025, to summer 2025 for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.

The team made this decision after reviewing player feedback from their recent demo. They spotted several areas needing improvement and want extra time to polish the game properly. Reikon Games thanked fans for their valuable input throughout the development process. They promised to announce the exact launch date as soon as possible. The developers believe players will find the final product worth the additional wait time.

Good news for eager fans—the demo remains available during this extended development period. Players can continue enjoying the preview version as much as they want until the full game arrives. The developers aim to create the best possible experience with these extra months of work. The team at Deep Silver, which publishes the game, supports this quality-focused delay decision. Reikon Games stays committed to delivering the cyberpunk adventure they originally envisioned.
