Miley Cyrus Throws a Wild Apocalypse Disco Party

Miley Cyrus just shared a new track from her upcoming visual album. She gave fans a peek at "End Of The World," the third song from her project called Something Beautiful. Earlier this week, she released the prelude and title track, which featured indie rock musicians Jonathan Rado from Foxygen and Adam Granduciel from the War On Drugs.

This latest song brings together Miley and Canadian indie-pop band Alvvays. You might know them as the group behind what many critics called the best album of 2022. They'll also tour with Halsey soon. The disco-inspired anthem talks about partying during apocalyptic times - a theme that feels more relevant every day.

Several people helped create this track. Miley shares writing and production credits with Shawn Everett, Michael Pollack, Jonathan Rado, and Alvvays members Molly Rankin and Alec O'Hanley. Both Alvvays musicians contributed lyrics and played instruments on the recording. Fans already heard this song when Miley performed it live at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles last year.

The music video came out today. Miley directed it alongside Jacob Bixenman and Brendan Walter. You can watch it online right away. This release continues building excitement for the full visual album, which promises to showcase Miley's artistic evolution and her connections throughout the indie music scene.
