Minister Moalim hands Somalia's future to the UNDP

Somalia's Ministry of Communications and Technology partnered with the United Nations Development Programme through a formal agreement signed at government headquarters in Mogadishu. The memorandum focuses on developing electronic government services for public enterprises and strengthening institutional capabilities. Digital skills training programs will support human capital development while expanding access to technology services. The collaboration aligns with Somalia's National Digital Inclusion Policy and broader public sector reform initiatives. Both parties committed to implementing citizen-focused and transparent technological solutions. This partnership advances Somalia's transformation into a digitally empowered society through systematic modernization efforts.
