The Zimbabwean leader highlighted infrastructure improvements along the Beira and Maputo corridors, with railway rehabilitation at Machipanda designed to boost freight capacity and reduce logistics expenses. He called for coordinated customs procedures and the elimination of trade barriers to support the African Continental Free Trade Area objectives. Mnangagwa encouraged joint ventures across sectors such as agro-processing, renewable energy, mining services, and tourism while stressing that women, youth, and marginalized populations should benefit from expanded commercial opportunities.
