Monday Movement Ignites Kenyan Nationwide Protests

Folks on X are fired up! They've started a hashtag called #MondayIsMonday. It's gone totally viral. Over 61,000 posts and counting!

People are mad as heck about the recent abductions in Kenya. They want the missing folks released ASAP. So they're planning big protests for Monday.

The word is spreading like wildfire on X. People are telling protesters what to bring. Placards, water bottles, and hankies are a must. And the location? Everywhere!

Kenya has had a ton of abductions lately. Seven young people were snatched just in December! And since June, 82 have gone missing. Twenty-nine are still lost.

The human rights folks are keeping track. They say there have been 13 cases in the last three months alone. One December victim was found. But six others are still gone without a trace.

President Ruto spoke up on Friday. He promised to end the abductions and wanted people to trust the security agencies again.

Ruto also had a message for parents. He said kids are a blessing from God. Moms and dads need to take care of them. The government will do its part, too.

Kenyans on X aren't holding back. They're ready to hit the streets and fight injustice. One guy, Rueben Kigame, is fired up. He's blind but ready to lead the charge.

Others can't wait for Monday, either. They say it's time to defend Kenya's dignity. Enough is enough!

The people are determined to take their country back. Monday is going to be a day to remember. The streets are calling, and anger is rising. The people SHALL prevail!
