Myanmar junta blows cash on McKeon Group for DC spin

Myanmar military leaders contracted the McKeon Group to repair damaged diplomatic ties with America. The Virginia lobbying company will receive sixty thousand dollars monthly through a six-month agreement that started August first. Howard McKeon directs this campaign while his firm simultaneously represents Saudi Arabian interests.

The junta also secured services from DCI Group through a separate three million dollar annual contract signed July thirty-first. These agreements demonstrate significant financial commitment toward improving American relationships. The regime plans national elections for December twenty-eighth despite controlling less than half the country.

Ethnic armed groups maintain power across large territories while international observers question election legitimacy. The Washington Post described the upcoming vote as fraudulent given current circumstances. More than three and one-half million people remain displaced within Myanmar while another million have fled to neighboring countries.
