NAGRAT members call out cartel leadership

Teachers inside NAGRAT have started speaking up against their leaders. They say the top brass acts like a cartel, changing rules to keep themselves safe from real elections. The worried members published their complaints online, saying regular teachers couldn't run for leadership anymore. They believe recent changes to the group's constitution block normal members from having a fair chance.

These changes created circuit representatives who stopped school reps from joining zonal elections. Most teachers haven't even looked at these new rules since they appeared on WhatsApp. Nobody commented when the zonal chairman shared the updated constitution with everyone. The concerned group thinks this silence proves teachers aren't paying attention to important matters.

The upset members want everyone to start asking questions about how NAGRAT works. They believe all teachers should help shape the future of their association. Their statement calls for honest leadership that includes regular members in decisions. They want to break down the barriers keeping everyday teachers from leadership positions. These teachers demand a more open system where everyone has a voice.
