The top court in Namibia rejected complaints about the last big vote. All five judges agreed on this.
The highest judges threw out what Panduleni Itula from Independent Patriots for Change and Bernadus Swartbooi from Landless People's Movement asked for. They wanted the president's vote canceled. They asked for a new vote instead.

The judges said President Nangolo Mumba acted right when he let some places keep voting. Some spots ran out of paper ballots, and other places had broken machines. These problems prevented people from voting on November 27.
The court said it was fair that only 36 out of 4,699 voting places stayed open longer. This did not help just one party. It helped make sure more people could vote who missed their chance.
These 36 spots had told the Electoral Commission they had problems. They said some voters could not mark their ballots that day.
