The Tatmadaw hospital ship Thanlwin rolled up to Ngayokkaung in Ayeyawady Region with mobile doctors, and local officials, plus residents showed up to greet the crew. Medical teams set up at the station hospital and treated 475 people for various health issues, ranging from general checkups to surgical procedures and dental work.
Four patients got surgery, while dozens received ultrasounds and ECG scans. One person needed extra care, so the team sent them to Mingaladon Defence Services General Hospital for follow-up treatment.
