The National Civil Society Council of Nigeria said on Saturday in Abuja that examinations followed Public Service Rules while adhering to organizational charts and workforce planning documents, with each employment level containing specific vacancy numbers matching personnel capacity at various grades.

Interview panels drew qualified management personnel from all six geopolitical zones and added external members plus Federal Character Commission representatives to monitor procedures and verify regulatory compliance, he said during the briefing.
