Nicki Minaj tells SZA she sounds like a dead dog in TDE dispute

Nicki Minaj launched a public attack against Punch, the president of Top Dawg Entertainment, through her social media platform. The rapper alleged that the music executive engaged in harassment after she declined his business offers. Minaj claimed Punch deliberately targeted her brand through retaliatory measures designed to inflict financial harm. She accused him of concealing her rejection of his proposals while conducting what she described as a smear campaign against her. The artist shared photographs and assigned derogatory nicknames to the TDE leader during her online tirade.

SZA attempted to defuse the situation by referencing astrological influences and advising against engagement. Minaj rejected the peaceful overture with harsh personal attacks against the R&B performer. The exchange escalated when SZA responded with equally aggressive language. Their conflict emerged from Minaj's broader dispute with the record label executive who has guided the careers of prominent artists since the early 2000s.

Punch has remained instrumental in developing major talents at TDE throughout his tenure with the company. The executive helped shape the careers of Kendrick Lamar and ScHoolboy Q alongside other successful artists. Top Dawg Entertainment has not issued any official statement regarding the accusations. Minaj's supporters have mobilized online while the rapper maintains her aggressive stance against the label.
