Nikolozi upgrades Mela synth to v7.0 with undo support

A huge workflow overhaul just hit Mela, and it basically turns the whole modular playground into something way less frustrating to wrangle.

Mela 7.0 core overhaul

• Nikolozi pushed Mela to version 7.0 for iOS and macOS.
