Employer compliance rates declined from 57 percent to 52 percent following regulatory changes requiring all employers to contribute regardless of workforce size. Benefits distributed to members increased to UGX 1.32 trillion despite fewer claimants. The new Smartlife Flexi savings product attracted 38,000 accounts and UGX 27 billion within eight months of launch. Officials announced Vision 2035 targets UGX 50 trillion in total assets.
