NVIDIA now sells you a server rack it calls a futuristic AI factory

NVIDIA announced the availability of its RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Server Edition GPU through major enterprise server providers. The graphics processing unit operates within 2U server configurations that major technology companies will distribute globally. Cisco, Dell Technologies, HPE, Lenovo, and Supermicro serve as primary system partners for this hardware release. These accelerated computing platforms replace traditional CPU-based systems across multiple enterprise applications. The new servers support artificial intelligence workloads, content creation, data analytics, graphics processing, and scientific simulation tasks.

The RTX PRO Server systems deliver performance improvements of up to 45 times compared with CPU-only configurations. Energy efficiency increases by 18 times while reducing total ownership costs for businesses. These 2U mainstream servers join existing RTX PRO Server family members that support various GPU configurations. Dell will integrate the technology with its AI Data Platform and PowerEdge R7725 servers. The expansion provides enterprises with flexible infrastructure options for building modern data center operations.
