NVIDIA RTX 50 Super leaks hint at spring 2026 launch with more VRAM

NVIDIA plans to release its GeForce RTX 50 Super graphics card lineup between March and May 2026, according to Benchlife. The company will skip the Consumer Electronics Show on January 2026 for the launch, and board partners have not received official notification about production schedules. The Super variants will feature increased video memory compared to standard models, with the RTX 5070 Super receiving 18 gigabytes and the RTX 5070 Ti Super obtaining 24 gigabytes of GDDR7 memory.

Graphics cards in the 70-class and 80-class categories will receive 50 percent more memory capacity than their non-Super counterparts. Seasonic's power supply calculator previously listed both RTX 5070 Ti Super and RTX 5070 Super models with higher thermal design power ratings. The RTX 5090 already contains 32 gigabytes of memory, which eliminates the need for a Super variant of that flagship model.
