NVIDIA to unveil Rubin AI server racks in 2026 as Blackwell Ultra ramps up

NVIDIA is advancing its AI server technology, preparing the Vera Rubin architecture for mainstream supplier introduction by month's end. The company aims to launch next-generation server racks between 2026 and 2027, marking a significant computational leap. Unlike competitors, NVIDIA maintains an aggressive six to eight-month product development cycle for massive AI clusters.

The Rubin design represents a comprehensive technological overhaul, incorporating next-generation HBM4 chips, TSMC's 3nm process, and a novel chiplet configuration. Engineers will implement a 4x reticle design compared to the current Blackwell platform, potentially revolutionizing AI computing capabilities. With its rapid innovation pace, NVIDIA continues to set industry benchmarks that other technology firms struggle to match.
