Old Mutual Zimbabwe delivered blanket donations to healthcare facilities throughout the Matabeleland region during their nationwide #WinterWarmer Campaign. The insurance company distributed 2,000 blankets across Zimbabwe's ten provinces to support vulnerable populations during cold weather conditions. Recipients comprised Mpilo and Ingutsheni Central Hospitals in Bulawayo alongside Plumtree and Gwanda District Hospitals in Matabeleland South Province. Medical administrators expressed gratitude for the assistance addressing severe shortages during winter months. Thabani Makiwa from Gwanda Provincial Hospital confirmed patients can receive two blankets instead of one following the donation.
