Paul Hastings has strengthened its London tax team by recruiting Jenny Doak from Weil and Catherine Richardson from Cadwalader, addressing a recent departure of senior tax leaders to White & Case. Doak contributes over 20 years of expertise spanning public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital markets, restructurings and tax litigation, with concentrated focus on energy, infrastructure and technology sectors. Richardson specializes in direct and indirect UK and international tax matters, particularly structured credit deals, and was elevated to partner at Cadwalader in 2022.
