Pezeshkian leaves Pakistan with new trade, cooperation agreements

Dr. Masoud Pezeshkian completed his official diplomatic mission to Pakistan and returned to Iran on Sunday. Federal Minister for Information Attaullah Tarar accompanied the Iranian leader to Nur Khan Airbase for his departure ceremony. The Pakistani official presented Pezeshkian with a commemorative photograph collection documenting his visit. Federal Minister Riaz Hussain Pirzada attended the farewell proceedings at the airbase. The Iranian head of state expressed appreciation for Pakistan's hospitality during his stay.

The visiting president conducted diplomatic talks with Pakistani leaders during his two-day mission. Pezeshkian met President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif along with other government representatives. Both nations reviewed bilateral cooperation and examined regional developments through these discussions. Officials signed multiple cooperation agreements and memorandums during the diplomatic visit. The Pakistan-Iran Business Forum convened to explore enhanced trade opportunities between the neighboring countries.
