French electronic band Phoenix has partnered with dance music producers Alan Braxe and DJ Falcon to form a new collaborative group called UFOs. The partnership brings together Phoenix, whose latest release Alpha Zulu arrived in 2022, with the cousin duo known collectively as Braxe + Falcon. These veteran French Touch artists previously released their Step By Step EP in 2022 and remixed Phoenix's track Winter Solstice. Phoenix recently performed at the Paris Olympics closing ceremony and has worked with artists such as Beck, Pusha T, and Kavinsky. The UFOs project may release only one song, titled UFO, which features Thomas Mars delivering vocals about love and extraterrestrial phenomena over ambient keyboards.
