A special lady named Joycelyn became a queen in her village, Abutia-Kloe. The people gave her a new name: Mama Woe Nenyo. They had a big party to celebrate her becoming their new leader, who would help make the village better.
Mama Woe Nenyo wants everyone to work together. She told the people her village has beautiful places and lots of good land where they can grow food. She thinks this can help young people find jobs. She remembered how people grew cotton and pepper on the land many years ago when Ghana's first president was alive.
