PNY showed off new graphics cards from its Iron Core series at its 40th birthday event. The GeForce RTX 5090 and 5080 models have shiny chrome cases that catch eyes but not fingerprints, thanks to special coatings. These cards need three slots inside computers with their thick cooling systems and triple fans. The RTX 5070 Ti model uses a blower design that fits in two slots and skips the colorful lights found on bigger cards.
Small computers can use the tiny RTX 5060 card with just one fan. This compact version still offers good gaming power for $299. Jensen Huang signed three display models during his visit to the PNY booth. The company plans to make only a limited number of these Chrome Iron Core cards when they go on sale later this year.
