Officers responded to an early morning report about four individuals acting suspiciously around a tire shop in Botanica City, Balik Pulau, where they allegedly stole electrical cables. The suspects attempted to escape when patrol units arrived, triggering the extended pursuit.
Police apprehended the trio following the collision at the bridge exit toward South Seberang Perai, though one accomplice managed to evade capture.
