PreSonus Air XD makes a brazen audio power play

PreSonus has released the Air XD Series, featuring three main speakers and two subwoofers designed for small to mid-sized venues. The 10-, 12-, and 15-inch models combine custom low-frequency drivers with high-frequency compression drivers, delivering up to 134 dB SPL with response down to 40Hz. Each unit includes 1500W Class-D amplification, onboard DSP presets, a three-channel mixer, and wireless stereo pairing capability.

The series also offers 15- and 18-inch subwoofers with 2000W amplification, variable crossover filtering, and alignment delay. Both subwoofers feature cardioid presets and a bass enhancement mode. The Air XD 10 costs 429 pounds, the Air XD 12 is priced at 499 pounds, and the Air XD 15 retails for 579 pounds, while the Air XD Sub 15 costs 749 pounds, and the Air XD Sub 18 is available for 929 pounds.
