Punjabi singer Rajvir Jawanda dies at 35, Neeru Bajwa mourns

Punjabi actress Neeru Bajwa expressed grief over the death of singer Rajvir Jawanda, who died at age 35 on Wednesday. Jawanda, known for his soulful music, had been hospitalized for 11 days after a serious road accident in Himachal Pradesh. He suffered severe head and spinal injuries and was on life support before he died. He is survived by his wife and two children.

Neeru Bajwa shared her condolences on Instagram, describing Jawanda as a kind-hearted and talented individual. Doctors had called his condition extremely critical after the accident, and he suffered a cardiac arrest before being transferred to a Mohali hospital. Jawanda was known for songs such as Surname, Kamla, Mera Dil, and Sardari, and he also acted in several Punjabi films. Neeru Bajwa recently appeared in the film Tehran, a spy thriller directed by Arun Gopalan.
