The gang leader Mosharaf Hossain became famous on social media after people shared videos of him waving a dangerous blade around. His crew had three other members named Hridoy who is 31 years old, Elias Hazi who is 20, and teenage Akash Howlader who is just 16. Officers from the Rapid Action Battalion unit number two swooped down on them during Friday evening operations.
