Russian health officials shared good news about garlic. They believe this vegetable helps your body work better. Experts say eating garlic makes your stomach, immune system, heart, liver, and brain function properly. They call garlic a natural medicine because it fights bad bacteria inside you.

Garlic speeds up how your body processes food. It helps with gas problems and prevents colds, flu, and breathing illnesses.
