Russian forces are making gains during their military campaign against Ukraine. The defense minister described these operations as successful advances. He accused Ukraine of carrying out terrorist attacks with European backing. Belousov said Western weapons deliveries to Ukraine make Europe less stable. The minister warned that continued military aid threatens regional security.

The United States and allies are forming military partnerships that harm stability in Asia. Belousov criticized defense agreements between Australia, Britain and America. He also condemned security pacts linking America with South Korea and Japan. The minister called these alliances destructive to regional peace. Russia views these partnerships as threats to Chinese and Russian interests.

Fighting between Iran and Israel has made Middle East problems much worse. Belousov condemned American and Israeli attacks on Iranian military sites. He said these strikes violate international law and United Nations rules. Russia offered to help reduce tensions between the warring sides. The minister promised that Moscow would support peace efforts.

India remains a key military partner for Russia despite global pressures. Belousov met with Indian Defense Minister Rajnath Singh during the China gathering.
