Selangor's chief minister announced that authorities will decide the future of 19 property owners displaced by expressway construction as early as next week. Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari told reporters on Sunday that a special session scheduled for November 3 will bring together state officials, the West Coast Expressway company, and federal agencies to resolve lingering disputes affecting residents who have not yet moved from Kampung Jawa in Klang.

He emphasized that provincial authorities remain dedicated to finishing the highway without sacrificing the welfare of displaced homeowners. Most earlier confusion arose from technical complications and poor information sharing between involved groups, which officials are now fixing.
