Shettima visits Maiduguri blast victims

Shettima visited the mosque blast victims in Maiduguri. The Vice President met with those injured in the Gamboru Market Mosque explosion, conveying sympathy from President Bola Tinubu and the federal government. He pledged continued assistance and support for the affected families. The bomb detonated during evening prayers in the Al-Adum Jumaat Mosque located in the Gamboru Market area. Authorities reported at least five deaths and thirty-five injuries from the incident. Security agencies have now increased surveillance around the area while the investigation proceeds.
