Navrongo Central's MP just showed up at an all-girls school in the Upper East Region and told every student there that their ambitions don't have a ceiling. Simon Akibange Aworigo spoke at the A Voice 4 Her Mentorship Series II hosted by Our Lady of Lourdes Girls' SHS in Navrongo, where mentors and students tackled leadership, confidence, and future prep.
He called the session a privilege and stressed that these girls deserve every shot at becoming who they want to be. And this isn't a one-off gesture. Aworigo has pushed scholarships, donated classroom furniture and ICT gear, and launched a yearly essay contest in the constituency since taking office. The students walked away, calling the whole thing genuinely motivating.
